The location is beautiful and wonderful, 1 km from Drostdy Hof. It's set in a tranquil area. The room is well-stocked and newly remodelled. The bathroom is well-appointed.

They have got so many thing right and then let themselves down in small ways i.e. I requested ice and they had none and did not try to help rectify the problem

Supper friendly staff from waiters to general manager. Incredible location close to the mountains and vineyard. - Minutes away from other vineyards and a restaurant in town

Rooms were excellent. Beautiful setting. Lovely lounge area and facilities.
Dinner and breakfast did not quite live up to expectations. The pricing of some of the desserts was inappropriate.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, surrounded by beautiful farmlands. The rooms were spacious and the showers were excellent. The lounge with the fireplace and library was a lovely touch. The wine cellar had a knowledgeable and sweet sommelier.

Beautiful location with magnificent mountain view. Ultimate place to relax. Beatiful and extremely comfortable rooms with a nice patio outside. Very well equipped room. Big flat TV. Toilet separated from bathroom is good! Good heating/aircon. Very good restaurant both food and wines. Excellent staff. An outstanding place!!

We had a lovely stay at Rijk's. The superior room was spacious and the double shower head in the bathroom was a luxurious touch. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, especially the gentleman who assisted us during the wine tasting. The food at the restaurant was tasty, with the apple crumble being a standout dish. The setting of the hotel was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The setting
Sadly the food was very poor. The choice of wine was good however there were so many not available. Again the menu was extensive however much of it was not available. I ordered roast beef & Yorkshire Pud after a short while I was told there was no Yorkshire Pud. I could have made it that time . Obviously the food was either frozen or boil in a bag and not prepared by a Chef fresh from the kitchen

Generous-sized room with pretty nice facilities and very comfy bed. Location very close to the wineries and a still pond. - Nice to take an early morning walk between the vineyards.
